Cherry Hill Village
Canton, Michigan
One of Michigan’s first neo-traditional and quaint neighborhood developments, totaling 1291 units and home sites. Entitled and Co-Developed with Biltmore Development Group.
Built on the site of one of the area’s first settlements, Cherry Hill Village is based on a very simple idea: design every aspect of the living environment to enhance the residents’ quality of life. This means a community planned around pedestrian, rather than automotive traffic. As in other small towns, residents of Cherry Hill Village can take a stroll to their own avenue of village shops and conveniences. Or they can walk with the kids to one of the many events in the village square.
The community is purposely designed to attract a wide variety of residents through its mixture of home types, sizes and price ranges. The architecture also promotes a sense of community by moving residents onto covered front porches, sidewalks and front yards.
